iPhone users: read us @ i.nintendowiifanboy.com

Aug 26th 2008 9:05AM (Joystiq Nintendo)
Looks great, I'll definitely be adding a bookmark to my home screen for this. A few things I noticed, though:

-After I submitted a comment, it took me back to the non-iPhone page. Not a major problem, but it took a while longer to load.
-It says "Nintendi Wii Fanboy" at the bottom of the page
-DS Fanboy doesn't have a fancy, specialized, pretty home screen icon! :-(

Hate to be an internet complainer, but I thought I should mention...

Wii Warm Up: Essential equipment

Aug 26th 2008 9:00AM (Joystiq Nintendo)
yeah, I think so. Sometimes the A and B buttons are reversed in some old games (where you use B more often). This can get really annoying, and the X and Y buttons are in kind of awkward places. For $20, I thought it was a good buy

I totally thought it was Misa for a second.

Wii Warm Up: Try before you buy

Jun 26th 2008 8:50AM (Joystiq Nintendo)
Yessir. I've only ever bought one VC game I hadn't played previously and actually wasn't very happy with it. I haven't gotten any WiiWare games yet, becausr a lot of them seem overpriced from what I read. ($10 for a 3 hour LostWinds game?) I'd be 100% more willing to pay $10 for some of them if i knew how fun they were.

On the other hand, I've already went out to buy 2 DS games after trying their demos on the Nintendo Channel.

Wii Warm Up: A little Sadness

Jun 11th 2008 9:16AM (Joystiq Nintendo)
I'd say it's real, but actually only because I want it to be real. Let's be honest, though...if this game ever does come out, it'll probably be bad. I'm predicting wonky motion controls and a bad twist at the end. But maybe I'm just a pessimist.

DS Daily: Got it!

The Zelda triumph music is my text message ringer. I'm pretty proud of that.

Every day, I regret selling that game back more and more...

DS Daily: Playing catch-up

May 15th 2008 8:41AM (Joystiq Nintendo)
Phoenix Wright (blasphemy, I know). I got through the our main cases, but was pretty sick of all the reading, and re-reading, and pointing, and clicking, and most of the characters by the end of it. I'm about halfway through the last case, and even thinking about starting it up again makes my blood boil. I'll probably end up giving it away to somebody.
