Wrist weights are great for arms - but, frankly, you'll be safer and see better results if you use a weight vest. They're use in the upper levels of some martial arts training to add power, gain more muscle, etc. Adding weights does work (this is why heavier people lose weight more rapidly), but you have to add more than a couple of pounds to each arm to actually use weights to kick you out of a weight loss plateau.
Wii wrist weights? Why?
