'Breaking Bad' Off the Air Until July 2011: Online Mini-Episodes Planned

Aug 5th 2010 10:08AM (AOL TV)
This is terrible news.

I suspect this is actually so they can do Breaking Bad and Mad Men right after the other, getting a viewership boost from whichever goes in the earlier timeslot.

'Breaking Bad' - 'Full Measure' Recap (Season Finale)

Okay... well then go look at his interview on A/V squad, where he says explicitly that it was not meant to be ambiguous, and that he does shoot him.

'Breaking Bad' - 'Full Measure' Recap (Season Finale)

I would very seriously put this in the running for the best dramatic tv season of all time.

That last scene with Gayle and Jesse... Jaw dropping... and excruciatingly painful to watch.

And just so everyone knows, Vince Gilligan has confirmed that Jesse did shoot Gayle. You can watch him talk about it on the breaking bad website.

'Breaking Bad' - 'Fly' Recap

May 24th 2010 1:46AM (AOL TV)
My cousin directed this episode. I went down there and watched them film for a few days. Got to see how they do everything, and talked to the writer of the episode, Moira, during the lunches and dinners.

The catwalk fall was done by a stuntman exactly as it's seen, no pads, nothing. That's how he fell. He wasn't injured at all. Granted he is a stuntman, but it's definitely not a horrible fall.

Every season there is a "bottle episode." It takes place in mainly one location. Every TV show does it, it's to save money after going overbudget on other episodes. The first season's bottle episode was the one where walt was trying to decide if he could kill the guy, season two's was the one you mentioned. That being said, the timing of the bottle episodes is not arbitrary, they use it on purpose.

Best and Worst TV of 2009: Joel's list

Was just in New Mexico on the soundstage for Breaking Bad... got to meet Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul... both really nice, down to earth guys. Also... this next season is going to be amazing. I also had a few conversations with the writer, Moira Walley-Beckett. Really, the whole crew was awesome.

Review: Curb Your Enthusiasm - The Table Read

Nov 16th 2009 11:11AM (AOL TV)
^^^

We've always known Larry has a big problem with Jason. Jason constantly derides the character George. George is the character that was most based on Larry David... so Larry sees Jason slamming George as insulting.

Battlestar Galactica star coming to Heroes

Agreed... that was very unprofessional and uncalled for. There are a great many people out there still discovering the show, and for you to drop a SEASON 4 spoiler without warning is in very bad taste.

You've just lost a lot of respect.

BrĂ¼no: a mini-review

Yeah, I also saw people with their kids... which were about 5 years old.

I also thought they should get worst parent of the year. Regardless of whether or not your kids can understand what's going on, those things do stick with them and affect them later on in life.
