Agreed, especially the iPhone app. That thing never worked for me, and when it finally did (update before last, I believe), I realized Evernote's just not for me... Simplenote + Notational Velocity or JustNotes for me, thankyouverymuch.

Might not be a bad idea to customize the install to remove extraneous languages and printer drivers. Saves you at least a few gigs.

This app is the single best iPhone app I've ever used. It's an absolute pleasure to use, and the desktop components (simple-note.appspot.com, JustNotes) make it an integral part of my workflow.

I opted for the premium account but it'll do everything you want and more without (though $10 a year is a bargain).

Gotta love that bullshit title.

Don't forget, OS X is getting integrated Exchange support with Snow Leopard...
