Toolbars need to be moved, icons enlarged and a way to filter out content they don't want to see needs to be more evident, a simple hover over "X" just doesn't do it. If you have a feature where you need someone to tell you how to do something to actually do it just has never worked out. The filtering mechanisms need to improve. It was also disappointing to see they removed a truly live feed instead of having to refresh the page to get updated content. Less user intervention = more user interaction.
