@xiLeShadow There are some games that come close like Little Big Planet, or Halo. There are quite a few user created maps in the official Halo Reach matchmaking lists.

So is there any gameplay in this ‘demo’ or is it just character creation?

Well this was fun. In case anyone was wondering Skyrim is a day one purchase for me, but I expect the game to stay in ‘beta' until around xmas.

They patched the minor stability issues, but they decided to leave the major ones in, just to remind us that it’s a bethesda game.

Batman is one of the few big games to be coming out this holiday without a lot of replay value (compared to Skyrim, BF3, MW3, UC3). So I think we’ll see it drop in price fairly quickly as more used copies start to show up. That's also why they are using these ‘buy-it-new’ codes.

I’m going to steal the Statue of Liberty. I know where it is, it’s buried under the White House. The other one is a decoy built by James Madison. Take this dagger! But be careful, it’s a relic from the tomb of Abraham Lincoln’s dog.

Sounds good, but I would warn him not to try to stick to closely to the script of the game, and instead go for the feel of it. Get the dialogue right and you’re halfway there. Take moments from the game, but also look to the good Indiana Jones movies for inspiration. I would love to see a film succeed where Crystal Skull failed, and Uncharted has a better chance than anyone else right now.

@Drakkenfyre Sports games are exempt from that category or they would sweep the nominations every year.

@bigwhiteyeti For those interested there is a real version of SimTower called Yoot Tower for the iPad. Yoot Saito was the original creater of a game called The Tower, which was later brought to the US by Maxis as a part of the already popular "Sim" series.
