I have a 720p teev and i can tell you the 360 plays upscaled dvd's far better than just a pro-scan dvd player. Lots of grain and blockiness versus smoothness.

It's a good feature and I'm not sure how anyone could not see the difference. Maybe that means my tv has a crappy scaler but most tv's probably do as well. Is someone going to tell me I'm a loser and a retard for being too poor to buy a tv with a decent scaler?

If sony can include HD cables and remote in the package the price can possibly be justified to someone who wants blu-ray. But they need some great exclusive games as well. If you can't take advantage of blu-ray then it's a rip.

In Aus, premium 360 can be had for $600 with PGR3. You can't even do anything with PS3 for $1000. You can't run your Casino Royale and have no game. BTW does anyone with Gears of War really give a shit about Resistance? Motorstorm better be good.

They are also holding back the list of BC games. Must be small. Having said that I'm only really interested in playing old games if they are upscaled anyway.
