Feb 18th 2008 4:31PM (Engadget)You realize this idiot is defending Toshiba - a company that sold US Nuclear Submarine secrets to the USSR. You are a tool and I hope you get what's coming to you for such an ignorant and pathetic post.

Jan 11th 2008 7:23PM (Engadget HD)You're so stupid you can't even reply to the proper thread, you idiot. I didn't think it took that much intellect to click the proper Reply link - apparently it does. BTW, did the 1080i comment really hurt you, you little HD DUD fanboy.
As for not being able to see the difference, well, that's what happens when you develop for the lowest common denominator - HD DVD.
You can really tell a HD DUD fanboy when he starts complaining about uncompressed sound. You see, HD DUD fanboys like their sound compressed as much as possible. When you have difficultly hearing (and seeing), I guess sound isn't to big of a deal. It's really too bad we don't see more LPCM sound on HD DUD movies - oh wait, we can't because they have storage limitations.
Hopefully, the demise of HD DUD will allow content producers to truly fill up that BD disc with worthy HD content instead of having to drop down to SD extras because they just couldn't fit it on the HD DUD disc.
