I think you fail to analyze many aspects of these changes properly. For anybody specced into subtley these changes are great. On the other hand, this spec will pretty much kill AR/Prep, I always thought it was about balancing things and not killing a spec. Is Shadowstep still worth a 41 point talent and look at the Combat talents you would be giving up?

Hemo with 125% damage was a spec that would be viable in PvE alongside Combat Spec. That is now dead. The 2.3 Hemo was very close to Combat and the lost DPS was made up by the gain the Raid DPS. With the change your individual DPS will be too weak to spec that way. Why should you be limited to one spec if you truly want to perform to your fullest potential? Which other class has to do that?

But what is more disturbing is the Bliizard speak on these changes. If you would read the reasons offered for the Hemo nerf before the patch notes went up, the final list of changes for 2.3.2 don't make any sense.

Yeah, I am from India and the 360 is very expensive for this market. Not to mention, HDTVs are not widely available or in Indian homes and that even 360 games are more expensive than usual, the 360 sales in India are never going to be that huge. Its a luxury.
