For those who are not students you can always register for an e-mail address at Australia.edu (or for those that would like to try to snag two invites).

Hands-on: Halo: Reach Multiplayer Beta

Apr 21st 2010 9:35AM (Joystiq)
So how did the game play outside of the game modes? This article is just a description of the various game modes, why not more impressions on how the game plays compared to previous Halo games? How about the overall speed of gameplay, new weapons, new strategies when it comes to killing someone or surviving in a fight?

I'll be rocking them all day long, with my Xbox 360 (mixamp) and while I walk 20 minutes to my classes in the morning and the long walk back as well. It's sure to raise a few eyebrows and that's exactly what I want...A40's aren't public wear

Do you hate Apple news?

Jan 30th 2010 8:02PM (Engadget)
The problem isn't that you are covering a lot of Apple news it's the fact that your editors are all Mac Fanboys and are viewing the news and writing the articles with a bias. That's the simple fact of this story, oh aside from the fact that I've noticed you guys do not try to consolidate stories at all (Mainly saw this on Joystiq) where you take one announcement and make several different stories about it. Yes it makes sense in one aspect, but when you do it just to get more posts that day it is sad. The iPad did not need 1000 articles on it, nor did you need a rumor about it everyday.

Need to rephrase first bullet-point: don't use a picture that is larger than your articles content, makes it look fugly

Intel's 40GB SSD quietly starts shipping

Jan 13th 2010 1:36PM (Engadget)
1) Huge picture on left side of article content?
2) Not many people care about write speed on small capacity SSD drives, what's the read speed? That's one of the most important tidbits you can provide for SSD specs and you fail to provide it?
