i bought a PB after buying 2 ipods. i was looking to replace my wintel lappy. i convinced 2 friends to do the same. so i think the halo effect is real. at least i hope it is, being an apple shareholder and all.... :)

if they went with a flash drive instead of an HDD, could they pack a bigger, longer life battery in there? TV shows would be ideal for me, and lots of other people i know. Here in the NYC area, commuting from the burbs takes 1-2 hours each way, each day. I could catch up on a bunch of TV shows in that amount of time.
