@Jerk Face Except that I would rather play MP games if possible. I buy these small SP games specifically for playing when for whatever reason I can't play MP. I could be on a plane, I could be in another country, my internet connection could just not be working for whatever reason. It really doesn't matter, A game that doesn't require an internet connection for gameplay, shouldn't require an internet connection to run.

@shinjix2 In the United States Constitution (Article I, Section 8, Clause 3). The clause states that the United States Congress shall have power "To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes".

@puerrican85 Battery technology is not improving as quickly as the rest of our mobile devices. Services like OnLive could make a huge difference in having the ability to combine high quality graphics and a battery that lasts more than 5 minutes.
