The Manchester team are responsible for World In Conflict: Soviet Assault on Xbox 360 and PS3 (yet to be released). Birmingham are the 50 Cent team. Free Radical (the Haze guys) are currently working on Battlefront III for Lucas Arts. So they could well be announcing that.

Not that you can make it out in the 'leaked' pics, but all the backgrounds are renders from the upcoming Turtles Movie.
