I am pretty sure Windows XP has something like this already. It does not kick you off the computer, but restricts users to only being able to log on at certain times... Im not going to go searching for it though... I am lazy.
The Smallville episode entitle "ONYX", brings us a few new developments, and thus is not just a filler episode as some have been. We get to see Lex Luthor split into two very different people. We watch as the darker side creates havok on the people we have come to know, such as Lionel Luther, and Lana Lang. These meetings with the darker of the two Lex's causes what I am sure will be a long lasting effect, even though later in the episode he is both forgiven by one person and thanked by the other.
This episode had very little to do with Clark, or Chloe, except for them putting the puzzle together as though they were their own little "scooby" team.
On a whole I would give this episode a seven out of ten. They could have done so much more with it, but as sometimes happens, they missed opportunities for more story development to try to create a deeper sense of drama, and allow music to play.
