Planning on buying a MacBook Pro? Wait until later this week

Feb 21st 2011 10:21AM (TUAW.com)
I've been waiting for a few weeks now for the new MBP's to be released. I'm leaving for a two-week business trip to england on friday and there is nothing I would love more than spending my long plane ride becoming more acquainted with my lovely new laptop.

@winbsodos awesome job at making a relevant and constructive comment!!

on a more serious note...this is good news but i'm wondering what the minimum requirements will be since the 9650 is the only one i've heard about as being ready to upgrade to the 6.0 OS.

@machikakara i understand people want to have things that others consider 'fun' and 'cool' so they will feel popular but when it comes down to it, the smartphone is a communication device and nothing does broad communication like the blackberry. I personally use my phone for sms, email, and calling about 90% of the time and that other 10% is twitter or other random apps that are all about the same on any smartphone out there.

@IvanP91 you obviously don't know much about airplanes, or energy for that matter...the power is supplied by an APU (auxiliary power unit). Also, it always requires energy (fuel in this case) to create energy (electricity in this case). Fuel does cost money and carrying extra fuel to provide extra power costs more money too. Be sure to know what you are talking about next time. I suggest an introductory physics course.

Not trying to be rude. I just don't like people spreading false facts.

Xbox 360 gaining USB storage support in 2010 update

Mar 18th 2010 1:23PM (Joystiq)
i actually have plenty of space on my 60GB xbox drive but i don't have very many video or any music on it (i stream all of that from my desktop). The only thing about this feature that would be useful to me is if they allow you to take your DLC and/or arcade titles to a friends console, assuming i'm signed in on that console of course.

Review: Perfect Dark (XBLA)

I play Golden Eye: Source occasionally to get my retro gaming fix but this will be even better since the online community will be huge.

Xbox 360 Arcade currently $130 in Canada
