Steam has midweek madness in the beginning of the week, sales abound

Mar 13th 2012 10:58PM (Joystiq)
@TraceurRyuk Part III

I'll go ahead and be on the other side of this and say it isn't great.
Personally I found the game repetitive (way to much of "HEY COLE CHASE THAT GUY") not to mention all the character's are pretty unlikeable including phelps.

HOWEVER at a 20 dollar price I would still recommend it to be honest.
Especially if you space out playing it (Such as a case or 2 a day).
Since then the repetition isn't really felt as much.

Asura's Wrath beats Syndicate in first week sales (with all six fists, presumably)

@Dizazter

They both had pretty unimpressive numbers.
Easiest thing to compare.

I don't think we'll be seeing a sequel to these games, unless march is a different story.

Street Fighter X Tekken can't take local teams online on Xbox 360

Sven has updated his original comment.
He's looking into it now, since he is quite confused about the matter himself.

Street Fighter X Tekken can't take local teams online on Xbox 360

Jesus capcom that's pretty terrible.
Especially since you hyped the feature and said nothing of it being restricted to ps3.

GAME also not stocking Street Fighter X Tekken, Asura's Wrath

It's getting to the point where they'll stock nothing but COD.

Capcom: Street Fighter X Tekken DLC on-disc to ensure compatibility

Mar 5th 2012 5:27PM (Joystiq)
so people are getting on capcom for basically doing what they wanted them to do the first place.

Which was tokeep the game to one version. This way there isn't a Super SFxT.So looks like this is partly a case of be careful what you wish for.

Though they can't be entirely off the hook.
Mortal Kombat worked a pretty successful way of keeping DLC as DLC (for the most part) and giving other players updates with perks to it (character costumes) so everyone could play together.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive loses cross-play

Well there goes half of my interest.

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City adds 'Nemesis Mode' DLC exclusively for Xbox 360

Mar 5th 2012 10:40AM (Joystiq)
Looks like an AWESOME MP mode.
RE3 being the first RE title I played, nemesis holds a special place in my heart. So seeing him get a MP mode focused on him is pretty cool stuff.

Street Fighter x Tekken characters raid each other's wardrobes in DLC

You know what would be a real money maker Capcom.
Costumes from Non Sf and Tekken games.

It'd be cool to see something like resident evil costumes for the capcom side and some soul calibur costumes for the namco side.

(just examples)
