Marvel isn't only doing "All Ages" books -- shown here are titles from All Ages to A to T+. I think they just said that to let you know none of the MAX titles will be on here.

DC doesn't use their own ratings system like Marvel does, but if they sign on, I'm sure Batman titles will be available.
