@TaengtheHero How do you have "money invested in them" in a way that allows you to call a lawyer when they shut down their website in protest? Please, because i cant fathom how that would work and need you to explain this to me.

Need for Speed: The Run preview: Action distraction

I hope you voiced a lot of negative criticism about these stupid QTE sequences straight to the EA reps face. I love need for speed games but the QTE pretty much ruin the concept of a racing game for me

Laptop's 2010 tech support showdown reveals ugly truth: you're (almost) on your own

Jul 14th 2010 6:57PM (Engadget)
pretty shitty article. Frankly its not their jobs to answer some vague open ended question. You want your laptop to boot faster? go into msconfig and figure out exactly what you do and dont need, this is not an easy task, and i wont be responsible if your crap doesnt work. Ive used windows 7 rc since it came out and im not even sure how to setup shares between computers, i know how to do a network share for media players and share with "everyone" (by typing it in or selecting it) but dont really know about homegroup term specifically. I certainly would NEVER call a company asking a question like this. I dont know ANYONE who would. The last one seems really stupid and is probably covered in every laptop manual ever. Why anyone would think "well screw googling this question im just going to call up my laptop manufacturer whose tech support is (most likely) in india and has long hold times and ask them these questions about windows that has nothing to do with their laptop brand."

Switched On: Why it's time for an iTunes TV subscription

@cherryboom how are you wrong about so many things? PSP is a 16:9 screen. if the movie is 2.35:1 you can choose to retain that aspect ratio or crop it to 16:9. both superior to ipad

stfu before you embarrass yourself some more.

Switched On: Why it's time for an iTunes TV subscription

"Apple has enjoyed great success with iTunes in part because it adopted the purchase-to-own model that had been so successful with CDs and records before them."

what kind of whacky definition of purchase-to-own do you guys have?

I dont call purchasing a song then only being able to use it on an ipod or itunes as owning it. Perhaps you meant Apple has enjoyed great success for itunes because a bunch of people already have ipods so they use it, and the only reason they gave up on DRM is because amazon was gaining market share because they didnt have shitty drm plastered all over their music service.

I think thats what you meant.
