No, its been patched. Don't ask how i know, but the patch just hasn't been documented. Don't worry, you have nothing to worry about, lol

My favorite scene is when King Leonidas drops his helmet, shield, and spear and then gets down on his knees, pretending to surrender. He then YELLS out the name of a soldier, who runs out of the dome formation, jumps off Leonidas's back, and then spears the Persian! Then Leonidas takes aim with his spear, and the narrator tells of how the helmet deterred his vision and how the shield unbalanced him. He thrusts! fshhh! Blood gushes from the cheek of the Persian "God."
