Is this a PSN download? If it's on a disc, will we have to pay an extra fee to play it online?

PSN needs some good vertical shmups, for sure. Bring 'em on, I'll buy 'em all.

And maybe some day they'll make a solitaire game, too. Unbelievable we went this long without the most basic card game ever. I can buy at least 3 different DSiWare solitaire games for my DSi, but not one for PS3...

Or this is like SonyCare, which is available in Canada and is actually a couple bucks cheaper and can go up to a 4-year extension.

Firmware 3.21 is going to do more harm than good. Sony is going to regret that one, if they aren't already.

That's what I loved about the demo, just messing around. I will feel good knowing that I don't have to finish the game, because my pile of unfinished games grows almost weekly.

I actually loved COD4's campaign and couldn't stand the online. I haven't bothered to finish MW2 yet, because it felt like a crappy copy of COD4, just like WaW was.

I didn't care much for the story, didn't really pay attention to it, but the levels were very memorable and very fun. It was also my first PS3 game, so technically my first current-gen, HD game, which I'm sure added to my enjoyment. But even replaying it, I still love the standout missions (the ship, the bomb, the sniper mission w/ the tanks, etc).

I wish they kept the controls from MOH Airborne, at least the part when you bring up iron sights. I liked that. Run and gun is just not realistic, and it was a nice change from every other game. Oh well, I'll still buy.

Downloading off a Blu-ray disc to the hard drive IS possible - some games ship with demo installers on the disc, so this Borderlands add-on disc could simply do it this way.

It would be a waste of a Blu-ray, though. 2-3GB of content on a disc that could hold 10 times that on a single layer?

I think they either hate the PS3 and don't care to do it (they STILL didn't fix a lot of problems with it. My friend list is way out of date, and one of my friends can't play online with anyone from his PSN ID; he has to use his wife's PSN ID), OR, the likely reason, that they're waiting for a few more DLC packs and will release one big disc with all of them.
