Sony fans better start another petition to keep it exclusive to the PS3 otherwise you guys will only have one major reason left as to why you've purchased the PS3 over the Wii360 and if you lose that title, your brain will explode!

Nintendo doesn't have to pay shit because they were not sued by immersion because they managed to create their own rumble without copying anyone else. Nintendo implemented the use of rumble feedback with the N64 rumble pack that shipped with Starfox 64 and after that rumble became an industry standard.

They didn't lose customers with the N64, they lost 3rd party support because Nintendo went with cartridges against it's Super Nes CD system wich Sony turned into the Playstation brand. The N64 had numerous titles that sold over a million and thats a fact that cant be downplayed. You see Nintendo survived on their own software and a couple other 3rd and 2nd parties offerings that went on to sell a million copies. Just investigate the Players Choice titles for the N64 and you'll see my point. The N64 was the first console with standard 4 player jacks,rumble feedback,an analog stick,and superior graphics with controllable camera angles that became the industry standard.

Immersion didn't include Nintendo in their law suit because Nintendo created they're own rumble and didn't steal anything from Immersion whatsoever.

Metroid is a first person adventure but still has its roots in 2-D exploration. For example Super Metroid was a blast and fans still crave 2-D Samus exploration. So actually the Metroid saga's are fantastic in 2-D and 3-D. So dont compare Halo to Metroid unless you were to young to get into the saga back in the 80's and early 90's. Whatever?

The Halo franchise is a first person shooter (fps).
The Metroid franchise is a first person adventure (fpa). Dont get the two mixed up. Carry on......
