. . .I don't entire agree with the slants such subjects take, mainly because I don't have a solid opinion formed on where the blame squarely exists. But that's oversimplification.

I simply wanted to commend your comment. At least it's a start towards examining facts rather than the same old bloated set of claims and arrogant cross-continental banter about 'you should've learnt from us -- we figured it out 230 years ago.'

Thanks.

Here are the PSP games that will work on Vita at launch [update: more compatible games spotted]

@Azurist

It's got the same status here in the UK. So I think some of this rhetoric is just plain slant from those folks who like to decry the game for not being on the PS3, and instead the PSP. A joke, really.

Vita 'UMD Passport' won't be offered in US

@eat it

Why is this guy getting down voted for speaking rationally and stating a few basic truths?

Oh, I get it, popular demand doesn't agree with facts on this subject. So vote his post to hell.

The day truth becomes the product of majority-dictate is the day it's lost all meaning. So much for the voting system because as of late, I've been reading a lot of high-rated posts that are full of crap, and a lot of decent ones that're berated and down voted because they chose to stick with facts rather than confer with the gamer status quo.

*Opens up a bunch of text books on what constitutes human growth and maturity.*

Yeeah. I don't see anywhere what kind of bearing an online handle should have on someone's age, or whether or not such handles are age appropriate. I guess I should speak with the 'Age Appropriation Council'.

@Zimmy

Really. . . of all the things wrong with this world, poor choice of online aliases is what we're going to bicker about because it isn't appropriate by our own arbitrary standards?

Please!

Daxter, more PSP games re-rated for PlayStation Certified devices

@lolkeits

So it's even better and less of a problem as Joystiq makes it out to be, even on a touch-screen-only device?

Daxter, more PSP games re-rated for PlayStation Certified devices

"We can't imagine that playing a Syphon Filter game on a capacitive touch screen would be a rewarding experience," - Joystiq

And. . .

"The ESRB has rated Daxter, Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror, eight tables worth of Pinball Heroes and flOw for release on PlayStation Certified devices, including the Xperia Play. . ." - Joystiq

Oh, you mean the SAME Xperia Play that has functional dual touch analogue points that make it a step more functional for shooters than the PSP. And yet it wouldn't be as rewarding? Well, I'll be damned; that's a head scratcher.
