12 Days of Winter Veil Giveaway Day 2: Zotac GT 430 graphics card

Dec 23rd 2010 10:16AM (WoW)
Lunchlady, please to be having another sloppy Jimbo!

Seriously though, I would enjoy having a better video card. I still have the problem of having to look at the ground to get decent framerates.

Sony restricts stereoscopic PS3 games to 720p 3D

Jul 19th 2010 8:31AM (Engadget)
Why would people complain about this limitation? I don't think / know for sure fi there has even been a game on the PS3 that has run in 1080 P resolution due to companies wanting to maintain 30 FPS minimum. Am I missing something?

The Giga Slave:

Darkness beyond blackest pitch.
Deeper than the deepest night.
King of darkness, who shines like gold upon the sea of chaos.
I call upon thee, and swear myself to thee.
Let the fools who stand before me be destroyed by the power you and I possess!

Either one really.

Sony launches official 'Protection Plan' for PS3 and PSP

May 4th 2010 9:48AM (Joystiq)
It's a shame that 2% of the user base equates to 670,000 people worldwide. Believe it or not, that is quite a few people to piss off. Even people who shouldn't be pissed about it should because Sony has set a dangerous tone with the outright removal of a feature for little to no reason what so ever. To just sit by and just say: "Whatever it doesn't affect me" is to invite future corporate rape. Please Sony, install another root kit on my system, remove BC from my 60, and while you're at it would you mind too terribly if I paid you to sodomize me?
Then again, this is the world where people can buy armor for imaginary horses, imaginary winged star horses, and apps that serve little to no real purpose but somehow are worth 5.99. UN-#@&$ing believable.

A shame this plan wouldn't include future patches that remove functionality of your system.

Goozex kicks off half-price sale

I remember this freakin ride from Epcot, its the same dude they parody on South Park in the imagination land episode. Throughout the ride he would just sing about the wonders of imagination and sing the imagination song while sending you down the trippy lazer tunnels with fake walls or some optical illusion. The only characters name I remember was Figment. He was this dragon that throughout the ride would show up on screens and do crazy cartoon stuff. Thanks for the nostalgia Joystiq!
