As a Canadian that has visited the region several times, I can say that one of the most terrifying experiences of my life was driving the 405 in moderate rain. Winter driving around here is child's play in comparison.

There was a matte black M3 at the CIAS in Toronto this year...looked *very* similar to this. If similar, it was one awesome looking car.

Using the 2.0T would do more than add power. That engine would also improve mileage. They could also decide to retune the 2.0 to make more power...it's certainly a powertrain capable of much more power (as my GTI proves ;)

Really like the Kizashi...2.0T/DSG would make it a very compelling car.

Technically, left turns already aren't legal here (Ontario, Canada). They aren't illegal, but the way the highway traffic act is written, left turns are only allowed when it is absolutely safe to proceed. The end result is that in any accident, the left turner is nearly always at fault.

This doesn't encourage safer interactions at intersections...and on the intersections where they are actually illegal, people still turn left. My hunch is that better intersection construction is the way to go...not additional rules.

Roundabouts are good...unless they are installed where no one knows what to do. That's our problems now. Lots of roundabouts going in, and no training for what to do. So people are making up their own rules, and they are worse than left turns.

Don't think the Michigan lefts are an answer either - they really are rather confusing for the uninitiated.

New Jersey has a number of non-lefts - exit to the right to go left. They work well when intersection design allows it.

Sometimes I miss the good old 4-way stops.

Parisian roundabouts are a bad example - right of way is backwards, and they've put traffic lights on the damn things.

I think it's a valid question. What I find interesting about it is that the internet is full of folks that will argue any one person's favourite movie without realizing that there is a difference between best movie and favourite movie (at least I think there is).

It's an extremely easy question to answer for me. Hell, I could probably name off my five favourite movies easily. Asking me what movies I thought were the "best" movies would be much more difficult.

I can understand Cop-Out and Clash - although like another commenter, I saw them after all the bad reviews and didn't think they were as bad as everyone made them out to be. I imagine that will be a fairly consistent list - although Splice and The Expendables would also be on my list.

Running out of ideas for end of year lists? So now a list that's only meant to make people mad?

I actually kind of like the looks of it...too bad it's a hybrid. Now, put the 300hp V6 in it and I may be more interested.

I did read (Top Gear maybe?) that toyota is considering a turbo 4 for the car. Not sure where they are going to get it from but a good drive train and no batteries may make this one interesting.
