I found a used Chevy SSR '03 and tuned it up to about 437hp and with medium sport tires won both races (A-Spec), Daytona was too easy with that setup

The camera seemed too jumpy. The controls weren't too bad. Was nice that it was automatically downloaded as a plus subscriber.

I went a similar route with getting an iPad myself. I didn't like the way AT&T was going with it's data plans so I switched over to Verizon (which works well in my area). On Verizon I decided to go with the Pre Plus. The main reason for this was because of the mobile hotspot app that is provided by Verizon and is free to use on the Pre and Pixi plus phones. This gives me wifi pretty much anywhere for the iPad. The mobile hotspot gives me 5GB of tethering which is separate from the cell data the phone normally uses.

Overall I'm liking the setup quite well. I know it's a bit naive, but I believe that if you can have a feature for one smartphone be free (5GB mobile hotspot), then it should be available on all the rest of the smartphones for free as well.

I think it'd be really cool if they did something like the Time Trial demo and incorporate a top time list as a mode for this track. Have all the reasonably priced cars and the F1 and celebrity track times already listed. Also have the replay in that mode with Clarkson commenting (either have him come in or get permission to use his voice from the show), ending with the time list looking like it does on the show with the whole "you did it in one minute...fifty....two point five" :)

I remember watching the keynote and when Steve was describing the release of 4.0 he said that the iPhone 3GS and the 3rd gen iPod Touch would have "most" of the features of 4.0 and iPhone 3G and 2nd gen iPod Touch would have many. But that "most" stuck out for me because he didn't say all of the features, just most. So I'm guessing that when the 4th gen iPhone is shown, it'll have the rest of what "most" didn't cover.

This was part of the Appvent that was going on before Christmas (about 1 free app a day, just games really). Pretty nice for a top down puzzle game.

R1600Turbo is the name I believe, I can't even keep up with his ghost laps.
