Why? It's a game. Do you feel bad for people who drive fake cars in racers? What about playing a virtual sport? Or going to a virtual war like in Battlefield or Call of Duty. It's a game you play for fun. It doesn't try to replace the real thing and only fools said things like what you did. And Rock Band did what Rocksmith did a year earlier and it did it BETTER.

I hate it almost as much as the Console fanboy wars.

I'd love for there to be coop in Skyrim. It's just a perfect world to roam around with a friend or two. Tackling quests together. Exploring caves. Experiencing all the crazy shenanigans that you run into together. Bethesda is really missing an opportunity for true greatness by not making it happen. And people who refuse to see the potential are foolish.
