It would take 100s of year to make that much glass. There must be some way to make an asphalt solar cell. Solar cells create energy from heat on the sun which asphalt captures. Also I bet in some places it would get so hot that it will melt a tire or burn your skin if touched. They should also be pulling double duty and capture energy from friction on highways and high traffic areas.

Wow if this thing is android based as all signs are pointing, its going to be unreal. now your talking web surfing, email, video chat, and all kinds of cool stuff.

They are really dropping the ball releasing this expansion a week after Killzone 3 comes out on the PS3.

@StrangeObjective Your so full of shit. It obviously happens to all my friends too, and every other person in the game with me when we loose the host and everyone in the game starts cursing. In case you didn't know, COD servers are only responsible for setting up the games and then they migrate you to one of the players PS3s while in game. This keeps the cost of their servers down. The host leaves a game, and the game will try to migrate, yet usually either A) fails, or B) Migrates to a PS3 on a POS Inet Provider. Ever play a game of hardcore where someone is repeatedly killing their own team, but isn't getting kicked, cause they are the host, and if they get kicked the game ends...

Mutliplayer is horrible on the ps3. The fact that some user is the "Host" is pointless. especially during peak hours friday night and the weekends, I am lucky if i finish a match. And I have a 25/25 fios connection that is rock solid so i know its not me.

I took out contracts the other day, and the proceeded to drop out of 3 games that I was only in for 5 minutes, and I got hung up trying to join a game for 5 minutes, could hear all the other players playing through my headset, and just sat at a loading screen while time was being shaved off my contracts. I have also had to reset my ps3 over a dozen times from hangups trying to join a game, and randomly loose party member when joining new games.

All those are spot on. It boggles my mind that there is no API. Now it will hopefully get implemented in Android too.

This is funny cause he has made comments in the past on how he loves the concept and thinks the volt is more practical than a hybrid but that he wouldn't buy a first generation, because although the idea is great, the value isn't there for him as a collector. In other words Chevy is giving him one for free to use in promotions.

The volt is cool, but anyone who buys a first gen car like that and thinks it wont be riddled with problems is insane. I hope the dealership is within commuting distance for these owners.

Google wave needs to be what forums turn into. It is impossible to use forums to get the wealth of knowledge they gain cause you can never find anything.


Wave has better search, its easier to focus on individual, it could stop thread jacking, and you could follow the branches of replies to specific posts easier.

As someone who has owned an S4Rs and own a Streetfighter S now, you just gotta buy the upgraded version. The Carbon is sweet, Ohlins Suspension is amazing, and the resale value alone makes it a good investment.

I doubt this is a final product though. It will probably come with fugly brake lights and turn signals in the states, and doesn't look like you can ride 2 up in this version, which will probably be in the final version. Hopefully they throw the electronic adjustable suspension in there at some point too.

Cant wait to see that thing with Termis on it.
