some speakers and a copy of Halo Reach that doesnt work

Well I finally got Halo Reach.....and the disc is unreadable. It doesnt even recognize the game, it thinks its a DVD. Do I just have to call customer service, or is there anything else i can do?

I didnt buy odst , but I got an email from Microsoft saying that I was invited to the beta as consolation since they discontinued halo 2 online and that they would send me a code, but I haven't gotten the code yet, anyone know what the deal is?

They also said I would get 400 Ms points, and I did get those, so its not like the email wasn't real or anything.

I am an xbox man myself, and even I have to admit that the show is much better, and the 2k games really aren't that good.

People need to grow up and stop constantly looking for ways to harass Yoko.
i had heard that other news outlets were reporting on this story, but i am extremely disapointed to see that joystiq has stooped to their level. Yoko flew all the way out to Cambridge to provide her input, and according to other sources, she was in fact helpful to the design team.

At this point I am 100% sure im getting this game. i had some doubts because i was afraid it might be too easy, but with "Revolution", "Dig a Pony", "I've got a Feeling", and all the other awesome songs they're including, i have no choice but to buy this.

Also, i think its cool that they're using "Within you without you/Tomorrow never knows" from the Love album. The original "within you without you" is one of my favorite songs, but it would have been impossible to play in rock band, so i think its great what they're doing.

and i'm a little dissapointed that Yellow Submarine's dreamscape isnt in the cartoon visual style, but i guess that would have gone against the visual style of the rest of the game and might have been too much extra work.

chill out toro, i agree with dominic. i bought it openeing day and i played it until christmas but now i have switched over to CoD. i attempted to wait it out, but all the issues just kept driving me away and im not going back.

the harsher punishment for quitters sounds good, but there are plenty of people (including myself) that sometimes lose connection during the middle of the game and are going to be unfairly punished.
and its not always their fault, my internet connection is great with other games, but with gears 2 i am constantly in games where people lose connection during the middle.
