Yes, totally. So the issue is that Nintendo is refusing platform approval for the US? They are not the publisher? Ok, I read it wrong. That sucks. Because if they are the publisher, then yes, they need to be bought out (ha ha, good luck with THAT) or let's hope there is a shorter expiration on the exclusivity clause ;)

Um, if they own the IP, they have the rights to go to another publisher and get it released here in North America. So if they signed a deal where Nintendo has exclusive distribution rights WORLD-WIDE then it's their fault for being morons and not removing that clause.
