I have only played it for a couple of hours but totally think it is worth the 7's. I don't think the game controls that well and have gotten stuck in walls a couple of times. The game just feels like it needed even more polish then they were allowed to give it.
I went to the one in Italy. It is the same exact thing as if you went to any other store in any other mall. Only the people there speak Italian, and they have PS1 games.
You shouldn't feel bad about getting gear from a bug, you should hold it up as proof that you play the game enough to have happened across this during the 24 hours it was happening. Also, you would probably be the reason Blizzard knew about it, so it would be a form of payment.
