gamestop / EB always tries to pull that crap on me and i just walk out every time. I go to another store and buy it NEW. i feel that they should just bite the bullet and sell for the used price i mean it's only $5 less, and the case is not new it has been out for the public to maul and drop and mess with otherwise so even by there logic the game isn't used but the case sure is!!!.
if they can get dummy boxes for the systems and other items why can't they get inserts to put in dvd cases on the shelf??? they are indeed scumbags.
