- So really, it's an interesting situation that impacts the Android community greatly so let's see how this turns out.

Guy's technically we are also forgetting about the second part of the definition of "Products" not only is defined by software that is "in accordance with the Android SDK" but it also reads "...and distributed via the Market" so technically when examining the full sentence then both statements are false.
a) They are flash based games which means that they are not in accordance with the Android SDK since the games are not 100% dependent on the Android operating system or components there of but it is actually dependent on 3rd Party Plug-Ins of the components of the Android Operating System.
b) These games are not being distributed via the Market the games are being distributed through a 3rd party portal the portal is the one that is distributed through the Market.
The only way this would be valid would be if the games themselves were native Android applications and if these games were individually distributed through the Android Market also key part of the statement is the "and" part which makes both conditions mutually dependent if one is false they are both false.
So sorry Goog, hopefully this will be back up soon with an "oops" statement from Google and then all will be well.

As per my experience I find the CLIQ to be a pretty capable Blackberry replacement, qwerty keypad, and corporate e-mail integration with remote wipe, and I have tested out their remote wipe feature and I will say it is exceptional, plus it adds one aditional feature that bberry (please correct me if I'm wrong, don't mean to get anyone upset here) does not have is GPS tracking of the device, so if it gets stolen you can track it's whereabouts and remote wipe it.

Well this is kind of DejaVu, with the original I owned an original 30gig and when they did the Zune Software facelift, (I believe v3 or v3.2) the same issue came up there were a lot of Zunes not working, they were not being recognized by the software, never got it working again and after getting tired of having to manually load songs putting the zune as a guest, just sold it, plenty of other devices out there that will not make you have to jump through the hoops M$ makes you jump through simply to make you have to buy a new device.

Alright this does not begin to show what the device really looks like, it is simply a kind of front view so you can se an estimated size, they have simply blocked most of the device except for the screen and the buttons with a flat image. If you want to have fun you could photoshop your own picture onto it, and make your own handset in a sense. They have simply blocked the "look" of the phone. But I do agree with everyone here 10 year old OS and uninspiring Handset design Palm has just become that other generic smartphone that everyone looks at as a last resort, doesn't really build excitement anymore. Although you'll have to hand it to them, they've lasted this long with basically the same handset. It's similar to selling a base car in monochrome and then the next year adding power windows and the next adding a colors etc. it'll only last so long no matter how good the car is. Good Luck Palm you'll need it once Android gets released in a consumer ready product.

Well if you want to try a new look for ubuntu, try gOS, it's a Ubuntu derivative that comes pre-loaded on some Everex machines, it's pretty slick, there are two versions Rocket and Space, rocket is a unique green look, and then there is space which is a more Mac'ish look, if you add the Ubuntu repositories you could pretty much add all the apps that you could put on the regular Ubuntu with the new look, if you want more info look in the Everex website or their website is under thinkgos. I liked the fact that it had Ubuntu stability and support with a new look. If I'm not mistaken I believe they are both based on Feisty Fawn but Space uses the newer Compiz and has the AWN.
