Aug 3rd 2011 10:57AM (Joystiq)
Oh, I thought this was a sequel to "You Have To *Burn* The Rope". I was all excited there for a second.

Microsoft temporarily suspends Sky Player for Xbox 360

Check out PlayOn for Hulu streaming on the 360. I've been using it successfully for ages. You can try before you buy too. I'll be pissed off if Hulu goes paid though, as I don't use any of the other PlayOn features.

Sony considered second analog nub for PSP Go

Jul 22nd 2009 2:28PM (Joystiq)
The problem with working around the PSP's limitations is that it rules out things like the modern first and third person shooter which requires 4 axis to work properly.
You can fudge it by using the face buttons, but since convention puts aiming on the right side buttons are crap.
Basically you rule out a hell of a lot of popular franchises.
All for no good reason.

Now it's too late, so I can see why the Go doesn't have a second nub.

Sony considered second analog nub for PSP Go

Jul 22nd 2009 12:54PM (Joystiq)
The PSP should have had two from day one.

It didn't seem a problem initially, but having seen some abysmal control schemes where a PS2 port is re-worked to work without a second analogue it's clear that the platform was hurt because of a poor design choice.

No wifi in an iPhone? With OS 3.0 who could tell anyway!
