That's twice in a couple of posts - are you guys paid to say that Halo is the biggest title of the year? Cause millions of Pokemon and Marios might beg to differ.

Be careful when you use the phrase 'massacre chasers'. It presents an all too casual acceptance of the existence of massacres, and demonises too easily those who would say anything political follow such an event. I certainly don't agree with Thompson, but if there is ever a time to look at society (and everything it includes, from guns and violence to video games and movies) it is when just such a tragedy occurs.

What is important here is to remember the meaning of tragedy, as an event that requires forewarning. What is it / was it about our society that could have warned us of this tragedy?
