I have a ps3 and a 360.
The PS3's online is pretty good, but they kinda dropped the ball on the lack of a free headset option... which results in mute players.

What makes me still play the 360 is the fact that I don't know about 5 people that own a ps3 and about 20 people that own a 360.

in most cases that would be true, but for some publishers, they've stated that it's harder to develop on a ps3... which would up production costs...

I would suggest that companies keep jobs and ride out the recession.

thank god there isn't a Rock Band 3 this year.

I think I might pick this up since I'm a big fan of Metallica... but will this allow me to buy DLC from Guitar Hero : WT since I wouldn't mind getting the Hendrix and Queen stuff.

this isn't relevant... since the 360 has a higher install base than the PS3 which is why 360 game sales are doing much better.

Too bad Xbox shot themselves in the foot with first not making a HDD mandatory on all of their systems... and then having a puny 20 gig...
all my friends stop buying DLC since their 20 gig's are full.

that's what happens when you release a PG version of Mortal Kombat (vs DC). lack of sales.
