I had Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee for Xbox. I liked the story/world, but I really felt the gameplay was repetitive, and got old pretty quick. I ended up trading it in after I beat it.

I'm excited for Alan Wake: AN & maybe Warp, but how are any of these games "party" games?

I own a car, and I'm in it pretty much every day.

@iceytoa1 I came here to post this. I remembered the whole no weapons allowed policy for Avatars, and thought they must have changed that rule when I started seeing these guns.

Maybe they should make a director's cut ala Dead Rising 2: OTR.

@(Unverified) You can access all of the songs in the main menu if you want, so there's no reason to play songs you don't like.

I didn't see anyone mention this yet, but I've been thinking that with XBOX 720, MS would be able to one up Wii U if they used Win Phones as controllers. That way you'd get one with the console, and anyone else that wanted to play could just pull out their Win Phone and use it to play multiplayer.

I don't think touch screen only devices would make the best controllers, but MS did recently patent modular phone accessories so you can add a controller to their phones: http://www.wired.com/gadgetlab/2011/09/microsoft-patent-modular-phone/

@greyseal I agree. I like a deal as much as the next guy, but the odds of this game failing to deliver are pretty high. There are also too many other great games coming out soon. I'll pre-order those, and if reviews are favorable, I'll pick this up when it's on sale again.

@FlashJS I beat this last night, and overall I was disappointed. I played it alone, and while I was enjoying it, it was over way to fast. I wouldn't recommend getting it at full price.

I haven't played Torchlight, and I know it isn't exactly a fantasy game, but Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light on XBLA is a better choice. LC:GOL is really a more complete action role playing game, and it's (iirc) a much longer game.
