This is great new, i changed my GT to the one ive been wanting since 2004. Its always been a dead gamertag on the site and on xbox live and would show up as unavaible but if i tryed to use it it wouldnt work. It became avaible today and now i no longer have to have the ugly 360 at the end of my name. Win. costed me 10$ but ill just make that all back over the years with the rewards program and its surveys lmao

Dude sony went witht he very smart way with this. Think of it as like vent on pc. Where people can join someones paid chat server. This is a pretty good idea. Better then forcing everyone to buy the + This should keep it more streamlined.

Sent message to all friend on 360 about Twisted metal and got a message back from a friend on there named Sweet Tooth (not his full GT) He asked me if it was only for ps3? I sent him back a message saying yes. He sent a message back that said weak. I asked him how he didnt know that and why washis name Sweet Tooth? lmao

I have a 32" Westinghouse and i dont have this Audio issue and i dont have the no signal issue. I can turn my tv on after my 360 boots or turn it on when im wacthing tv and swicth over and it works great. My HDMI port is 1.2b i think on my tv. Westinghouse isnt the worst brand but its a cheaper brand that i picked over the toshiba i tryed and returned. Still nice to not have these issues when people with top of the line name brands seem to have them. Hopefully this update does more for the HDMI then just fix the audio issue.

I noticed you said you was gonna go wacth a movie while it downloads but background downloading ONLY works on the xmb and on ps3 games it doesnt work on movies O.o
