I've never played Pokemon before, how does Platinum relate to Pearl and Diamond? Does it introduce new monsters (in the same story world) or does it combine all the monsters you find in Pearl & Diamond? Thanks!

I still say Castlevania: PoR, and I can't wait for the next DS game in the series!

If you said GBA/DS then I would go with FFTA, but DS only... the closest to a 10 for me would have to be Castlevania: PoR. Ask in a week and my answer might be something else.

I also have a feeling that FFTA2 will take the top spot in June. :)

I've played a few of the MM Battle Network GBA games and thought they were fun, mainly because the battle system wasn't like anything else I had seen before. It's a lot more involved than mashing the A button, which I find refreshing.

I recently picked up the MM Star Force: Leo game, which has a battle system similar to Battle Network, and played it through to the end. I'll pick up Star Force #2 whenever it's released in the US, after the price drops a bit.

I want a MTG game for the DS more than anything else. Because I'm a geek and I love the game. :) There are a ton of expansions so I understand why they can't include everything from Alpha to Morningtide, but just a few blocks would be great. Maybe everything that's Extended legal?

I'm amused at everyone who gripes about the game and then says they quit in 1994. Hurray for you. If all I had to play with were cards from 1993-1994 then I'd quit too.

My favorite detail is the broken chain, that's funny.

Oh Castlevania, how much do I love you? I recently started Portrait of Ruin over. (I was near the end of the game, but I had sold the nun's shoes so I couldn't get Charlotte's healing spell. Frustrated, I put the game away for several months and decided to start at the beginning when I was ready to play it again). Anyway, I was surprised by how much I still enjoyed playing the game a second time, and how much I had forgotten from the first go round. I will buy all future DS Castlevania games, because even if they recycle the same basic formula and sprites, I still have fun with it ... and new scenery is always welcome. :)

I can't wait for this game, I'll buy it on its release day here in the US. I loved FFTA.
