The arguement that the game is not new is so stupid. While even I agree that I would prefer a new copy factory sealed, if the game is the last copy then I have no problem with it being open. It is like a car, when you buy a car new you do not go "No! I want the car that has never been opened." It is just part of the business, new means not used it does not mean unopened.
