Roger Ebert's opinion doesn't mean a thing to me. He's a man on the outside, looking in, and passing judgment. Screw him. He obviously doesn't understand our medium, and he is in no position to tell us what's good based on his experience criticizing an entirely different medium.

I played that damn thing with my heel up, my the ball of my foot over the support point, in socks and never shoes, and it still snapped. I agree that this lawsuit is insane but "baseless" is certainly not the word I would use.
