If I'm reading this correctly... it actually costs $5 MORE to have it on Steam? The only steam I'll be seeing is the one rising from the turd on a cold morning. What's the point of a soft copy for more money?

Buying a core is the dumbest thing ever. It's what, 50 bucks cheaper than the Premium? Core + mandatory save card = about 350. The premium is the only system to even buy.

God of War is a great action/fighting game, but the platforming is crap. I've not played a worse controlling game than when Kratos was walking on the beams. Just utter garbage gameplay, especially after playing Prince of Persia.

Square seems to be big into the "Hey we don't know how to do controls, but we're going to throw this game at you" kind of gameplay. Stick to letting me constantly hit x for 3 straight hours, thanks.

Preordering is shit. I preordered MGS3:Subsistence Limited Edition.

I went to EB during lunch the day they first had it available and got the last copy.. I GUARANTEE if I went in there after work that would've been gone.

GS/EB is a last resort for me. I feel bad because I prefer to buy games from gamer stores, but they make me not want to do it because of their annoyances.

The last straw is ordering online. I was going to buy a game from TEN MONTHS AGO and they said that since it was used they couldn't guarantee the original case or manual. WTF? Stop taking in that shit! If you could GUARANTEE me a case and manual I'd be buying 100 games a year used (Higher profit) instead I have to rummage around on Ebay and hope for the best. When you guys go out of business you will have done it to yourselves.

It's just too bad Sony had to do its usual proprietary bullshit and stuck with the Memory Stick. If they went with SD or something that EVERYONE used, the PSP may've fared a bit better. I just know that I'm not going to pay $50 for 1GB of memory stick when I can get 4GB of SD for the same price.

Ipod works for video because the interface is easy to get them (Itunes store) and like most people, I have an assload of storage left on my iPod video (35 out of 80)

My guess is 550 60, 600 80. The drive difference isn't 100 bucks. Unlike MS, Sony can't rip people off on the HDD since it's a standard drive.
