I'm sorry, I can't really agree with this post. Sure games could benefit from better stories and story telling, but for me, I play games to escape the complexities of real life for an hour or two and just have fun.

To me, this editorial is like an art house indy movie fan who wishes there weren't any more summer blockbusters and theatres were filled with docu-dramas.
