It's really simple; to put it in layman's terms, this depiction of a "dildo bat" doesn't meet the stringent rules and regulations of the Japan United Dildo Workers Union (a powerful lobby in Japan). It's an affront to properly manufactured dildos in Japan, and they just won't stand for it!
