I was wondering the same exact thing. Clearly someone on the special effects and stunts team wasn't doing their job correctly.

It's pretty fun for a Facebook game, the amount of effort put into the art and animations alone puts it miles above anything else I've played on there. Unfortunately I keep getting a persistent issue where it's causing the entire browser to freeze up every few minutes or so. I'll have to keep an eye on it to see if that gets resolved.
