I own the Korean version (which have english texts btw) and can say it's fully a game.

Sure you can't kill animals, run them down in your jeep or even get to close, that's the whole point of a photo safari - to get close enough to get great photos without disturbing the animals. It's a photo-safari-sim and not a hunting sim or petting game... jesus on skates!

Afrika is a niche title and a non-violent experience - I like it for what it is.

Home has NOT been hacked. They only managed to change the graphics which is shown for that user locally on his PS3. That is not hacking and Sony servers has not been hacked. This is modding at the worst.

Or just Super Street Fighter II Remix in Europe!

I predict a lot of dissapointment... sure Home is nice (I'm in the beta) and promising but people are expecting something huge from day one and hype it like the second coming.
My suggestion: lower your expectations a bit :)

No costumes in the EU update today. Europe get shafted again... and again... hopefully the European LBP servers will be online (and ready!) next week, but that's just a bit naive to expect I quess... :|

Not true.... v1.0 usually only means it's feature-complete but does not indicate if it's "final" or not. You can easily have v1.0 beta 2 etc.

Besides Home will never be "final" as such. But a launch build which is a starting point for the service. Home will be expanded with news areas, features, etc. in the months/years to come.

They promised 1080p support (which was delivered but but for ALL games.
