I don't care what everybody says, this does hurt the consumer in this modern era. You see this would be fine for those who purchased new copies of the game as along they are the only ones who are going to play the game. Problem is games get played by multiple people. So are you going to let your sibling, child, cousin, or buddy play under your Gamertag/PSN ID? Not if you care about your record or reputation. $5-$10 for each additional account that they want you to pay to be online. Not good for multi user households.

They can easily fix this by given at least a 3-5 user count limit before having to purchase another online pass. Until they fix this issue, I am boycotting these games.

This seems kind of odd to me. I mean i am a silver member and I figured I was that gaga for teh Haloz, wouldn't I be a gold member already with a beta entry?

By the way, Yes I have an Xbox, No I don't like shooters, Yes I bought it for other games, No I don't have any games i want go online with, Yes I play RPGs and Sports games, no there hasn't been a co-op RPG that I am willing to pay for online (damn you Too Human, Fable 2 and the cancel Marvel/Champions Online games), yes I have two 12 month XBox Live Gold cards when the day i want go online with my Xbox. (I have been stock piling them with they go sale for $30 or below.) and yes, I have a PS3 but I don't play it online as much either.

June - September will be the slowest summer of this generation.

At least last year we got Infamous, Prototype, Red Faction: Gorilla, UFC 2009 and Fight Night 4 during the summer.

Now I am starting to really worry about the second half of 2010. Sony themselves are front loading the first half of year. I mean what is left. Maybe GT5, The Last Guardian and maybe the new Twisted Metal game, if that is what David Gaffee is working on.

I have the feeling that the second half of the year will be the battle of Natal vs PS3 Motion control games and honestly I don't think no one wins with that.
