Double Fine Kickstarter hits 3 million, drive closing on Ustream [update: corrected time]

Hope my friend will have some free time to make use of the game disc. He gamed as early as the Commodore, after all!

The Dark Meadow goes for brook, free on iOS and Android starting next week

Got it on a sale. Interested in seeing what this premium'll be. Hopefully it's not consumable; I'd just as soon pass such things up. Perhaps music downloads? Did this game have music? I should boot it back onto my iDevice.

Here are the PSP games that will work on Vita at launch [update: more compatible games spotted]

@TJF588 OH WAIT, NEVER MIND. It's a direct-to-VITA download list. Just gotta copy+paste elsewise.

Now I fear for Brave Story: New Traveler and SHIFT extended, since they're not on the Store anymore.

Vita 'UMD Passport' won't be offered in US

Feb 7th 2012 3:36PM (Joystiq)
My biggest beef with a lack of UMD transfer program is that many of the games were care about are still retail price on there (even considering price drops, as have been happening over the weeks). Unless Sony offers a big UMD Legacy sale to commemorate the Vita launch, there are plenty of titles that I wouldn't be enjoying on that platform, not counting Crisis Core and Birth by Sleep, which don't have PSN/SEN versions. Then I think of the Brave Story: New Traveler fans...

I've hardly ever sold any game I've acquired, so trading in isn't in my cards for lessening the blow of consolidating to one device.

Report: XBLA prices rising (slowly), Summer of Arcade review scores dropping

I am the obligatory PSN user. The two 360s I have access to are others', but I do have some stuff from XBLA (Portal: Still Alive, Comic Jumper, SMB, Phantasy Star 2, from what I remembered just now), along with some XBLIG titles (Breath of Death VII, Cthulhu Saves the World, Techno Kitten Adventure, the radiangames, fwIrjn).

We're not 'blacking out' today (but we still don't like SOPA)

Probably just smells like BO. I don't drink coffee, instead using showers to wake up, so I go to sleep in whatever I've accumulated during the day.

GBA Ambassador games out in UK and Japan this Friday, full list revealed

So nice. Was hoping for Minish Cap (really, how can Skyward Sword be the earliest Zelda when MC is all about the stupid hat?), and glad to have a classic Wario game in 'ere. Haven't tried a Fire Emblem game, but I've already been needing to get into FFT and a Disgaea, so let's add Ninty's to the backlog. And just the other day I was thinking about the GBA F-ZEROes (found GX for five bucks). And Amazing Mirror...is that the one with the cellphones? It's not Knightmare in Dreamland, but I don't know which it is.

I'd like to echo the lack of Zero Mission, but eh, I've made so much progress on my physical pak (not to mention the GBA-GCN connectivity unlocks), it'd be a bit steep to start over.
