Will you still be able to sign in using your Gamertag? I.E. still get acheivements in single player games, like force unleashed?

The 360 version of The Darkness is better than the PS3 version because of several reasons. As mentioned above.. acheivements, rumble, DLC (except for $$)....and because the 360 is much more obtainable, thereby enabling more people to buy the game, therefore more copies will sell on the 360!

Of course Forza 2 will incorporate the wheel, the MS wheel was essentially designed for Forza 2.
