SSX 'Descent' sites registered

Nov 9th 2010 3:28PM (Joystiq)
Yes! It really is about damn time SSX came to the next gen of consoles. SSX 3 was gorgeous and the whole idea of integrating riding down the entire mountain was great. The games always sold well too, so I'm so surprised to see how reluctant EA is about doing another one.

There's nothing like it, and I can't wait to hit the slopes again.

ICD's Tegra 2-powered Gemini is the most feature-complete tablet we've seen yet

@Gooney

I see your point, but I think pen support is definitely doable - maybe not to cintiq pressure-sensitivity levels, but at least a respectable DPI. Also, Photoshop could run on a modest system, as long as you weren't working with ungodly file sizes.

I think what I would like to see is a tablet that runs on a standard OS, not something like the IPad which runs in an environment where you can only run programs Apple wants you to buy.

And if I'm paying $500 for a tablet, i better damn well be able to do more than watch videos and surf the internet. I think these companies take advantage of their positions and get away with giving less for what consumers actually pay.

I meant to say "programs like Photoshop or Sketchpad Pro"....

So can these things run apps like Photoshop or Sketch Pad Pro? Or will it only run apps like an IPad?

It would be awesome if these tablets support pen technology and have decent tracking on them. They would be an awesome alternative to something like a Cintiq...which is essentially a $1000 monitor with pen tracking.

'All decent people should denounce' Modern Warfare 2, Maine Christian group says

I can see that these people are out of line...but what does being a Democrat have to do with the owner being considered a witch?

Seems like you are implying that all Republicans share the same views of this organization, which is not the case.

So stop slandering people, because if someone made a broad generalization about Democrats being arrogant douchebags I am sure you would throw a shitfest about it.
