I had trouble getting it working, too. I had everything setup, but it wasn't working. I had enabled home sharing back when it was first introduced and every used it. I finally did the following and it worked:
-disabled home sharing on my Mac and reenabled. (tried again, no dice)
-went into my iPhone's settings and entered an INCORRECT password, got the 'can't enable home sharing' message. Then, I entered the correct password again (which had been saved previously), and then it worked.

Kinda weird.

Honestly, I haven't found the moves that hard to pull off. I've definitely had issues pulling off super combos, but hadoken's and shoryuken's haven't been too hard. I think I have had to exaggerate the hadoken motion just a bit- but I think I do that with the regular controller, too. It's an incredible port, though.

This is what I needed.. when I was living in Japan, I got a cell phone thing that just had a picture of one of the fighters that you'd press, and it'd do a voice sample. Trouble was, it was WAAAY too sensitive and it would play a voice clip if it just pressed against something lightly while in your pocket. I was stuck with E.Honda (they were randomly dispensed) and I found it all too often playing the 'Ooh-hoy' sound clip when I walked past girls. After a couple experiences like that, I got rid of it.

The fact still remains that Microsoft produced these commercials to start with because they were getting concerned that they were losing market share to Apple.

I thought Real Racing was for all iPhones, it comes up in the app store on my wife's 3g and doesn't say anything about it being 3gs only. I have it on my 3gs and I have to admit that it's pretty impressive
